Sierra Leone International Sports Village has a long and exciting history that started three decades ago. We offer training programs for the youth, as well as summer camps and premium membership benefits during championships.
Today the village is a professionally managed organisation delivering sports education and sports management programs to schools, corporates and brands — and the infrastructure that lets national teams host international fixtures at home.

When we began, the question we were asked most often was why a nation with so many needs should build a sports village. My answer has not changed. Sport is where a country practises the things it wants to become: disciplined, organised, proud, and welcome to visitors. Give young people a place worthy of their talent, and they will show you what the nation is capable of.
So we have built for the long term. International standards, so our teams can host at home instead of borrowing another country’s ground. One campus, so a child from Freetown trains on the same grass as a visiting national squad. Facilities that work on a Tuesday morning and not only on a match day — because that is what turns a project into an institution.
