What we collect
Contact form entries (name, email, subject, message); newsletter sign-ups (email); academy registrations (player name, age group, parent or guardian contact details); booking and ticketing records; and anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed and device type.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, confirm a booking or registration, send the newsletter you asked for, keep young players safe during sessions, and improve the site. We process this data on the basis of your consent, or to perform the service you requested.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Statistics cookies, which are optional, tell us which pages are useful. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site will continue to work without the optional ones.
Who we share with
Only with the service providers who help us operate — ticketing, email delivery and hosting — and only with what they need to do the job. We do not sell or rent personal data. Where the law requires disclosure, we comply.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Academy and membership records are kept for the length of the membership plus one season. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any mailing.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. Write to contact@salonesportsvillage.com and we will respond within thirty days. For a child under 18, a parent or guardian may make the request.

We update this page when our services or obligations change. The version shown here is the one in force.
